As the port of Hongkong is freely open to the shins of every nationality, so do our fres schools admit the young of every race and creed. (Applause). With these few remarks I now proceed to distribute the prizes.
His EXCELLENCE then proceeded to distribute the prizes in accordance with the appended prize list, the distribution being interspersed with soars, recitations, and pianoforte performances by the boys.
